Why am I making this stuff free? Because we live in a world where our Doctors can’t help us anymore, there is so much misinformation out there, because when you are frustrated and angry the last thing you need is a wall stopping you.

The world we live in has people telling you to stop moving, when this is the WORST thing you should do. I want to people to find things to help them recovery, or at least get on the road to recovery as soon as possible.

I also think people are choosing the wrong programs. Most beginners see there hero’s doing crazy workouts, and that’s great…for the hero. People need an evidence based program that is not going to break the bank…or their bodies and will to train/lift. It is NOT about looking like you are trying really hard, it is about making the progress that you WANT.
